lored subsurface conditions at the site on January 26, 29, 30, and 31, 2001, and February
1 and 2, 2001. A total of 20 borings were drilled to a maximum depth of 76.5 feet below the
existing site grade at the approximate locations indicated on the attached Site Plan, Figure 2.
The struck -mounted, Mobile B-61 hollow -stem
borings were drilled using a combination of
auger drill and a truck -mounted, Mobile B-61 mud rotary drill. Soil samples were collected using
and Standard Split Spoon (SPT) Sampler in accordance with ASTM D1586. Their locations are
indicated on the initial boring logs by the symbol for an "undisturbed sample" which is shown in
the sample designation box on the boring logs.
