Party of Record/Public Comments
Anyone who would like to become a party of record or provide public comment on a specified project application
may do so by completing the form below. The public may provide written comments on a project during the public
comment period. The comment period deadline can be found on the notice received in the mail, the notice board
posted on-site, in our Digital Records Library, or Land Use Public Notice page. Your comments must be received
before the public comment deadline for the Decision Maker to consider them when deciding on the project. Please
include the Land Use file number (LUA) or project address in your comment letter.
If you choose to submit a comment on a project, you will automatically become a party of record for that project and
will receive copies of project decisions and correspondence throughout the review process. In addition, we upload
all public comments to the project and they become a part of the public record. If you have any questions or issues

I live a street over on 35th. I support Tom Jarzynka and Amy’s Variance Request for their deck. I have no issues with the distance between
the planned deck and property line. I also see no issues for the neighborhood. I think their deck as planned will enhance the neighborhood.

Comment: I live directly across the street from Tom and Amy and support their deck projectas they have proposed with the variance to complete the project.
On smaller lots with large houses as is now the norm in this neighborhood for newconstruction, I would have a different opinion on allowing a variance.

OOPs This is my third try - the other two sent before I was finished.... Tom & Amy are excellent neighbors! They keep a nice yard and
participate in the Kennydale Neighborhood Association . The deck needed repair - it is in the back yard... Please accept their Variance
request. It won't bother anyone"s view... Let them finish their project -PLEASE!!!

Comment: We live approximately 1.5 blocks from the Jarzynka property and fully supporttheir request to build a backyard deck. It is nothing more than an elevated patio and the only
reason for CED involvement is to verify vertical members meet safety standards. Nothingmore. It will not have a roof or walls and no building.
