Attached are the exhibits which Appellant introduced during the hearing this morning. It was
our understanding that all parties had a copy of the City's response, which is exhibit #1, and as
such we did not provide a new copy of that document, if that is not the case please let us know
and we can provide one. The same applies to the briefings, which were admitted as Exhibits 9-
11.
