Upon arrival, all parties involved stated no injuries and both vehicles were drivable. All were told they would be recorded. Both vehicles were relocated onto Meadow Ave N to open up N. 4th St. Unit 1 was a black 2015 Chevrolet Suburban (CMK2730/WA). I observed minor damage to the front driver's side fender and front driver's side wheel. Not reportable/ under$1,000 of damage. Unit 2 was a white 2016 Honda Civic (CNL1891/WA). I observed minor damage to the rear passenger's side quarter panel and wheel. Not reportable/ under$1,000 of damage. Photos were taken of both units and uploaded to the case. A witness: Rebecca L. Griffey said she was driving behind Unit 1 (she called them her friends) and said Unit 1 was in lane 1 of Factory Ave N at N. 4th St and Unit 2 was in lane 2. Both maintained their lanes, turning left onto N. 4th St. After the left turn, Rebecca said Unit 2 merged into lane 3 from lane 4, causing the rear passenger's side fender of Unit 2 to contact the front driver's side fender of Unit 1. Driver of Unit 2 stated she was in lane 2 of Factory Ave N and Unit 1 was in lane 1. Both made the left turn onto N. 4th St, when Unit 1 turned into lane 4 from lane 3, contacting Unit 2 on the rear passenger's side fender with Unit 1's front driver's side fender. Driver of Unit 1 stated the same as the witness. Unit 1 occupants: Driver: Amy L. Attinello (DOB:03/14/2007—verified by WADOL photo) Front passenger: Duvall G. Harvey (DOB:05/22/2011) Unit 2 occupants: Driver: Maria D. Romero Vazquez (DOB:07/11/2004—verified by WADOL photo) Front passenger: Ana L. Romero Vazquez (DOB:03/12/2007) Rear driver's side passenger: Kimberly H. Romero (DOB:04/03/2013) Rear middle passenger: Daniele A. Romero (DOB:07/08/2020) Rear passenger: Maricela Vazquez (DOB:01/01/1988) Both vehicles had multiple passengers, all who claimed no injuries and were wearing their seatbelts. Proximate Cause: Based on damage and a conflict of interest from the witness, I am unable to determine a proximate cause of the accident based on damage and stories from both units. Both units were provided an exchange of information. Unit 1 was issued a warning for no insurance and expired tabs. The driver of Unit 1 was unaware and the owner of the vehicle who was a passenger stated she would get insurance immediately.
