Narrative
On 04-16-2024 at approximately 1234 hours, I was dispatched to a report of a traffic collision at 304 Main Ave S
in the City of Renton, County of King, State of Washington. I arrived on scene at approximately 1236 hours.
I contacted the driver of Unit#2, Larry S Callawagan who told me his vehicle was legally parked in the parking
lot of 2020 Alliance at the above address. Larry said his vehicle was backed into a parking stall and he was
inside the building when the vehicle was hit. When he came outside Unit#1 was no longer on scene.
Larry said he did find a piece of paper with information for another vehicle, driver and insurance left on his
windshield. The following information was provided: Jagir Singh 04-12-1953, Chevy Suburban (WA-CPV4632)
and Travelers Insurance Policy#617129763 203 1.
I explained to Larry by law that is all they are required to do but I will provide him with a police report in case
there is any problems with his insurance company.
