Narrative
On 5/26/25 around 1512 hours I was dispatched to a phone report for a collision that occurred in at 310
Bronson WAY NE (City of Renton, County of King, and State of Washington)
I contacted Douglas M.B. Fields (who stated he was heading up the hill in the 300 block of Bronson Way NE in
Lane#2, in Vehicle#2 a 2015 Ford Mustang, Washington license CGV7694 when a silver/gold Honda Civic,
Washington license CPD0949 registered to Carols E. Lozada Salazar(07/01/1997)changed lanes from lane#1
to 1#2 striking Vehicle#2.
Driver#2 Fields stated that Vehicle#1's front bumper on the driver's side struck Vehicle#2's rear passenger
quarter panel causing a dent to Vehicle#2. Driver#1 and Driver#2 pulled over and Driver#2 took pictures of
Driver#1 and his vehicle. Driver#1 then fled the scene. I requested that Driver#2 send me the pictures he
took of Driver#1, and I sent him an AXON evidence link. Driver#2 stated he was going to work and would
send them to me later. I also requested that he take pictures of the damage to vehicle#2 Driver#2 stated he
can 100 percent identify the Driver of Vehicle#1.
