NARRATIVE
On November 19th, in the morning I noticed two dents and a scratch on the rear bumper.The only placed I had visited the day
before was Fred Meyer in the Benson Plaza. I asked if they had cameras to cover the parking lot, they replied yes, but I
could only view footage was with a police report. Don't know if an officer also had to be present. Car is always parked with
back very near the garage door, so very visible when walking outside.
