NARRATIVE
At around 10:48 pm I walk out towards my car that is parked along the front of my house and get into my vehicle. I turn on my
car and start imputing the location into my gps for where I'm going and at around 10:50 pm as I'm sitting there parked, a red
mid size suv rams into my driver side passenger door from behind me and continues to drive alongside the car, scraping and
denting the driver door and then speeds off east down 164th street with two other cars following in pursuit. I'm not entirely
sure if the other vehicles were racing but they all sped off with the red suv. The damage on the red suv would be on the
passenger side of the vehicle. As soon as it happened I took pictures and videos of the damage and called 911. I was not
able to get a read of the license plate nor the make of the car.
