This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by both
parties.
Attached for your review and signature is a TAG packet with Software Toolbox. This packet
authorizes payment of Quote # QUO110125, in the amount of $589.00, for the annual
maintenance renewal of TOP Server. The renewal term is 08/20/2025 – 08/20/2026.
TOP Server connects devices such as the city’s lift stations with the SCADA system to
collect, monitor, and generate reports. Additionally, the software sends alerts when there’s
an issue with the devices.
This annual renewal was previously tracked under CAG-23-228.
