I was parked on the North side of the street under a street light on NE 10th St, I live at Sunset Oaks Apartments in the B building. My window faces the street, directly above where I parked. This sedan was attempting to parallel park in front of my vehicle. He was driving very erratically, it was dark and the car's taillights are what caught my attention. The driver was a Fair skinned man about 6ft tall, wearing a dark colored beanie hat, and a puffy dark colored coat. The man opened his door, stepped out and threw an object, some kind of bottle across the street toward the park. The driver then drove away. He circled around the park and I lost visual contact. That same vehicle, came back about 5-10 minutes later. The driver, again driving erratically, attempts to park in the same spot. He failed twice, gets out to look at his car, then gets back in and attempts to park several more times, but just ends up driving up the curb. The last time he jumps the curb, he hits the gas very hard and backs into my car, sending it backwards 2ft. The driver stops, then takes off around the park and out towards Sunset Blvd NE. My bumper came off and since I don't have a plate number, I must get it fixed myself.
