HomeMy WebLinkAbout20250305_Lindbergh_NOA_Signed.pdf=>,snton CAPITAL PLANNING SCHOOL DISTRICT AND CONSTRUCTIONSERVICE|EXCELLENCE |EQUITY NOTICE OF ACTION TAKEN Lindbergh High School Field Improvements 1.Notice of Action (NOA):Notice is given under RCW 43.21C.080,that Renton School District took the action described in (2)below on February 6,2025.Any action to set aside,enjoin,review,or otherwise challenge such action on the grounds of noncompliance with the provisions of Chapter 43.21C RCW (State Environmental Policy Act)shall be commenced on or before April 2,2025.Said NOA will be published two times in the newspaper.This NOA will also be filed with the Washington State Department of Ecologyat its main office in Olympia prior to newspaperpublication.Finally,a notice of action will be posted at thesite. 2.Description of Action Taken:On February 6,2025,Renton School District issued a Mitigated Determination of Nonsignificance (MDNS)for the Lindbergh High School Field Improvementproject. 3.Description of Proposal:Renton School District (RSD)is proposing site and field improvements at the Lindbergh High School baseball and softball field to enhance the usability.This includes converting existing field surfaces from natural turf and clay/silt infields to synthetic turf with cork and sand infill.
