Door(s) Rear Collision 2025-00004751 Page 3 OF 6 Case Number 2025-00004751 Officer Narrative Narrative On 05/31/2025 at approximately 2322 hours I was dispatched to a recent Hit and Run at 415 SW 5th Place, in the City of Renton, King County,WA. While in route, dispatch advised that there was a collision, and the suspect vehicle was fleeing towards Fred Meyer.The suspect vehicle was described as an orange sedan. Upon arrival, I contacted all parties involved.All parties stated that they were not in the vehicles when they Unit 2 and 3 were struck by Unit 1. Unit 2 was parked on the south side of the street facing eastbound, and Unit 3 was parked directly in front of Unit 2. Unit 1 collided with Unit 2 from the rear, causing Unit 2 to push forward and collide into Unit 3 from the rear. Unit 1 fled the area after colliding into Unit 2. There is heavy front and rear end damage to Unit 2.There is heavy rear end damage and tight front-end damage to Unit 3. Pictures are attached into Axon. A witness relayed to the owners of the vehicles that Unit 1 was described as an orange small SUV.There was no description of the driver as no one got a good enough look. I was unable to locate Unit 1 in the area. The registered owner,Tadesse Sisay(DOB 12/20/1987)of Unit 2 provided me with his insurance information.The owner of Unit 3,Abel Miguel Carrada (DOB 05/07/1995), informed me that he did not have insurance. Carrada informed me that he recently bought the Sonic from the registered owner but hasn't had a chance to change the title. If the driver of Unit 1 is identified,there is proximate cause for the collision. If the suspect is identified there is probable cause to believe the suspect committed RCW 46.52.010, Hit and Run unattended, by colliding with another vehicle which was unattended and leaving the area failing to notify the owner of the collision. l certify(or declare)under penalty of perjury under the laws of the State of Washington that the foregoing is true and correct.
