CASE NO. 25-4764
Narrative
Unless otherwise noted the following events occurred within the City of Renton, County of King,
State of Washington while I was working uniformed patrol. This report is not an exact
sequencing of events and statements have been paraphrased and summarized.
On 06/01/2025 at approximately 1449 hours I was dispatched to a report of a hit and run that
occurred near the intersection of E Valley Rd and SW 41 st St.
I contacted the reporting party, Michael M Ratzel(DOB 01/07/1993),via phone where he stated
the following:
He was waiting at a red light in the center lane at the intersection of SW 41 st St and the
exit from 167.While waiting he was rear-ended by another driver.The other driver got out,
inspected the vehicles, and left.The only thing the other driver told Michael was that
there was no damage. He did not exchange any information.
Michael was driving a white 2008 Toyota Rav4(WALP CNT2503).The suspect driver was driving a
grey 2016 Audi A3 (WALP CNZ4823). Michael provided photos of the accident and the suspect
driver.The photo of the suspect driver matches the DOL photo of the registered owner of the
Audi, Louis Jr. McAdory(DOB 06/08/1983).The photos of the accident show what appears to be
dents and scratches to the rear bumper of Michael's vehicle.
Michael is willing to assist with prosecution for the crime of Hit and Run. I sent Michael an AXON
citizen link to upload his photos.
Based on the facts and circumstances of this case, there is probable cause that Louis Jr
McAdory did commit a violation of RCW 46.52.020 (Hit and Run-Attended). Louis did commit
this crime by causing a collision with Michael's vehicle, causing damage, and leaving the scene
afterwards without providing any information. Louis was identified as the suspect as I matched
a photo from Michael with Louis's DOL photo.These photos have been uploaded to the case.
I issued citation 5A0515288. Please forward these charges to the prosecutor's office.
