Renton Case#25-4773
On 06/01/2025 at 1858 hours I was dispatched to the Feast Buffet, located at 485 Renton Center Way SW, in
the City of Renton, King County, Washington. I was responding to a call of recent non-injury, hit and run
collision.This incident was captured on my body worn video camera.This report is a summation of events
that occurred and is not an exact sequence of events.
Upon arrival, I contacted the reporting party/victim (Unit 2), identified by his WA DL as Yuchao Zhou(DOB
01/08/1991),I identified Unit 2 vehicle as a blue 2022 Hyundai Palisade (WA LIC#BZZ8285).
In speaking with Unit 2 driver, he stated that as he entered the southeast portion of the Feast Buffet
parking lot,from Rainier Ave S, Unit 1 vehicle pulled out of the nearby Subway parking lot and struck his
vehicle on the rear passenger side. Unit 2 driver identified Unit 1 vehicle as a gold 2006 Toyota Corolla
(WA LIC#CP1130030). Unit 2 driver said that prior to leaving the scene, Unit 1 driver provided him with her
Venezuelan ID, identifying her as Michelle A Martinez-Gonzalez(DOB 01/16/2003).
Unit 2 driver said that after several minutes of Unit 1 driver remaining on scene, a third vehicle arrived
and picked up Unit 1 driver. I was not able to locate any further information for Unit 1 driver or vehicle.
In observing Unit 2 vehicle, I observed minor damage to the vehicle passenger consistent with the events
as described by Unit 2 driver. 1 took photos of Unit 2 vehicle and later uploaded them to Axon Evidence.
1 provided Unit 2 driver with a business card, case number and then cleared the scene.
This ends my involvement in this case.
