Special Fence Permit Justification Letter
Please consider approving the building of the 8 foot tall
cedar wood fence for the property located at 4526 NE 10th
Street Renton WA 98059. This fence will be built along
side the existing chain link fence that borders my property
and the storm water pond. There will be no interference
with the clear vision area as the cedar wood fence will not
extend beyond the chain link fence.
We plan to use cedar wood material, natural stain to build
the fence to enhance aesthetics of the neighborhood,
integrate it with the surrounding neighboring fences and
provide privacy for my special needs child who is afraid of
the ducks. The fence will have 6 foot cedar boards, and 2
foot lattice on top; the posts will be cedar material. The
finished side of the fence will be facing the property as
there is already a chain link fence on the opposite side.
