This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by both
parties.
Attached for your review and signature is a TAG packet with Agilebits, Inc. This packet
authorizes payment of Invoice # INV_CAN62645, in the amount of $6,345.01, for the annual
software renewal of 1Password. The current renewal term is 05/31/2025 – 05/30/2026.
1Password is a SaaS password manager solution that allows for safe and secure storage of
multiple passwords, both personal and shared, in one location which is only accessible by
those given permission.
