Blvd. N., which is of course the Kennydale Beach parcel. However, the aerial view of the overall site suggests that it extends up to approx. 3900 Lake Wash. Blvd. N. Will any construction work extend that far north? 2) Will the manholes be installed in-line with the lakeline, and be above the waterline? I am asking because, as you know, starting at 3601 Lake Wash. Blvd. N., and proceeding northward, the lakeline is routed directly underneath the moorage areas of each shoreline resident; I am concerned that any manholes in this area will render the affected residents' moorages useless (not to mention being an eyesore). This in turn would affect the use, value and marketability of our properties. I am not familiar with the location of the lakeline running south of Kennydale Beach; perhaps the residents down to ~2725 Mountain View Ave. N. will have the same concern? I look forward to your response, and would also appreciate your adding me as a Party of Record. Sincerely, Darius F. Richards 3605 Lake Wash. Blvd. N. Renton, WA 98056-1509
