This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by both
parties.
Attached for your review and signature is Amendment No. 1 to TAG-25-019 with Special
Services Group.This Amendment authorizes payment of Invoice # Q919805, in the amount
of $3,570.48, for the annual renewal of our Covert Track subscription. The current
subscription term is 09/01/2025 – 08/31/2026.
Covert track software is usedby the Police departmentfor surveillance and GPS tracking.
