This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by both
parties.
Attached for your review and signature is Amendment No. 7 to CAG-20-154 with Insight
Public Sector. This Amendment authorizes payment of Invoice # 1101276697, in the
amount of $148.36, for the purchase of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Licensing.The license
term is prorated to align with our M365 renewal on 08/31/2026.
This licensing will provide us with access to the MicrosoftDynamics 365 platform.
