HomeMy WebLinkAboutC_EIS_Information_Request_Civil_Response_250609_v1 June 6, 2025 RE Civil Information Requests for the Longacres Master Plan SEPA EIS Response Please see below responses to questions directed to Coughlin Porter Lundeen (CPL) in the ‘Information Requests for the Longacres Master Plan SEPA EIS. All item numbers correspond to the EA information request document. Item #5: A table identifying the impervious and pervious areas for the preferred alternative will be provided along with the other alternatives the week of 6/9/2025. Item #9: The survey for the site provided by NV5 provides a map and description of the existing infrastructure on the campus. Please refer to “MAP_Exisiting_Infrastructure_250606_v1”. Item #14: The existing overall stormwater collection and discharge systems are described under “Existing Conditions” on page 5 of the document “RS_Drainage_Report_250131_v1.pdf”. Item #17: Existing utility providers are City of Renton for water and sewer, with power provided by Seattle City Light. Item #27: The requested table will be provided along with Item #5. Item #36: No fundamental changes will be made to the storm system under any of the alternative designs. The location of collection and discharge would change, however all collection will be treated as required and discharged into Wetland A and Pond B. Utility improvements will be inline with the preferred alternative as well. Item #37: A grading concept plan for the unpreferred alternatives will not be provided. Approximations of fill required to bring the alternatives, and the corresponding floodplain mitigation, will be provided.
