This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by both
parties.
Attached for your review and signature is Amendment No. 1 to TAG-25-010 with Golf
Genius. This Amendment authorizes payment of Invoice # 163238, in the amount of
$4,301.70, for the annual renewal of our TM Club Premium subscription. The current
subscription term is 06/01/2025 – 05/31/2026.
TM Club Premium is a golf tournament management program used by the Maplewood Golf
Course.
