Please see attached for our COI as requested. For the contact info for the specialized billing
contact, you can use my contact information (the address is in my signature). We will have the
plans printed on 22”x34” for the meeting. Please let us know what your availability is for the
meeting, and then I will send a calendar invite.

Hi Lily,
The approved construction plans for the referenced project have been signed and are ready for
printing. You can access the signed plans at the below link. Please print 1-copy (22”x34”) of the
signed plans and bring them to the pre-construction meeting.

The following items are required to be received prior to scheduling the pre-construction meeting:
· Certificate of Insurance with coverages as outlined in the City’s Certificate of Insurance
Guidelines
· A copy of the Civil Contractor’s license
· A copy of the Civil Contractors City of Renton business license
· Contact Information (Name, address, phone number, and email) for the Specialized Billing
Contact who will be responsible for any overtime inspection billing and any work performed
by the City on the Applicant’s behalf.
Understanding the urgency for this we can tentatively schedule the pre-construction meeting under
the presumption that the documents listed above will be provided. Is there a date that is preferred?
We will send the pre-construction notes out a day or so in advance of the meeting.
