2025, between Laurie L. Baker, Trustee of the Laurie L. Baker Survivor's Trust, a
undivided Otte -half (1/2) interest and Laurie L. Luker, Trustee of the Laurie L. Baker
Survivor's Trust, an undivided one-half 1/ ) interest hereinafter designated as GRANTOR

and the City of Renton ("City"), a Washington municipal corporation, her-einaftcr
designated as GRANTEE for mutual consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which :s
hereby acknowledges, amends and Supersedes the aforementioned previous easement by
granting unto GRANTEE, its successors assigns, acents, engineers, surveyors, contractors,
subcontractors, employees a n'on-excla:sive eme-meat Upon the property described on' the
attached Exhlbit A and depicted in attached inn ag=.e in Exhibit subject tothe followins; terms
and conditions:
1. TITLE. GRANTOR OR covenants that it is the lawful owner of the property
described in Exhibit A and that GRANTOR has the right to execrate this Easement Agreement
for Sewerage Facilities;.
2. PURPOSE, This Easement Agreement for Sewerage Facilities Is for the sale
purpose of inspecting. con eructing. instaiiiaaga operating, maintaining and replacing can -site
grinder punrap and side sewerage. facilitics. These sewerage facilities include: wet well, grinder
pump, pump control paaael, poWU ,tIpply (freer control panel to pump and f'rorn the common

electrical system to the control panel) and pressure lateral lines and all othernecessar-y
components hereinafter designed as the "Facilities- necessary to provide sanitary sewer service
to NTOR'S property as described in Exhibit A. In the event private improveri�ents in the
Easement Area are disturbed or da rna ed by any of Grantee's activities described above, upon
completion of such Work, Grantee shall restore the improvements to a similar condition to that
of the SUrrounding area, provided that such restoration shall not, interfere ;with Grantee's
intended use of the easement area. Maintenance of the side sewer from structure plumbing to
grinder wet well shag] be the responsibility of the GRANTOR,
3. ACCESS FIND NOTICE. GRANTEE shall have the right, upon ?4-hour
prior notice to GRANTOR, to enter upon the Easement Area, by foot or equipment for the
purposes set forth above, provided however, that no notice shall be required in the event of
emergency.

retaining walls, buildings/structures of a pert-ranent mature, or bundling/structure overhangs or
footings that interfere with the Facilities; 0l GRANTOR shall not allow or plant vecretation.

BINDING EFFECT, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGN'S, GRANTEE shall

interests arising herein. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the rights and
obligations of the parties shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon their respects l e
successors and assigns and shall e deemed to ruts with the land. This instrument may be
