NARRATIVE
I was driving my minivan in a parking lot at North Benson Center, when a parked silver Nissan Altima sedan with plate
5658N80, as shown in one of the photographs, backed out of its parked position and hit the right rear side of my minivan. I
drove into the closest parking spot. The driver, who looked like a Middle Eastern male, stepped out of his vehicle. I took a
photo of the back of his car and then went back to my minivan to assess the damage and took two pictures of my minivan,
then realized that he had driven away. I could not obtain his insurance information. My minivan has a dent and scratches in
the right rear and also a dent and scratches in the right passenger sliding door.
