comments to be addressed prior to construction close-out.

The following items are required to be received prior to holding the pre-construction meeting:
· Contact Information (Name, address, phone number, and email) for the Specialized Billing Contact who
will be responsible for any overtime inspection billing and any work performed by the City on the
Applicant’s behalf.
We are available for June 25th to hold the preconstruction meeting. Let us know if that availability works for your
team. Print 1-copies (22”x34”) of the signed plans and bring them to the meeting.
