MEMO: Notice of FD CARES Service Rate increase

This letter is to inform you that, the cost of our services will be adjusted based on the U.S.
Bureau of Labor Statistics Consumer Price Index for Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers
(CPI-W), as measured in June each year.
Effective January 1, 2025, our service rates will increase by 3.6%, your 2025 cost will be
$189,458.52, invoiced quarterly at $47,364.63. This adjustment ensures that we can continue
to maintain high service stan dards while managing increased operational costs.
