Thank you for attending the pre-con meeting today. Below is a summary of the meeting with items that had additional discussion listed, please let me know if you feel anything is in error
or missing:
* Yong read the pre-con notes.
* The contractors acknowledge that the Construction Stormwater General permit from the Washington department of ecology is required prior to any site disturbance.
* Joel and Yong emphasized the construction hours and safety concerns during construction.
* Joel and Yong emphasized the protection of saved street trees on SW 10th Street during construction. Contractor will contact Alex if any tree retention plan changed compared to the
approved tree retention plan.
* Discussed erosion control and additional requirement will be added for wet season (October 1st to April 30).
* Discussed the requirement for the noise variance if needed.
