NARRATIVE
I was driving down a hill at 5mph I came over some ice and spun out into a driveway so I put my car in park next to the
sidewalk. I got out because I was very scared and shaking. A car was coming fast down the hill and hit another car and then
slid down the hill and hit the front of my car. The man who was driving got out. Everyone in the road was yelling and cursing
so I tried to ask for the license plate number but he got back into his car and drove off.
