The following occurred in the City of Renton, King County, Washington unless otherwise stated.
During this incident 1 was equipped with body-worn camera which records both audio and video.
Portions of the incident were recorded. This report is merely a summary of the incident and is not
intended to be an exact transcription of the entire investigation or what may have been captured
with the recording system. During this incident 1 was wearing a department issued uniform or jump
suit and outer carrier vest which was marked with "Police"both on the front, back, and
department patches on each shoulder of the uniform or jumpsuit, as well as a Renton Police Velcro
badge on my left chest. It would be immediately obvious to any reasonable person that I was a
Police Officer.
On 6/12/2025 at 1605 hours I was dispatched to a hit and run collision at the Fred Meyer located at
365 Renton Center Way SW in the parking lot.
I met with the victim, identified as Angela M. Indiongco (DOB: 09/15/2001) by WA DL, and asked
what happened. Indiongco stated that she had parked at the Fred Meyer at around 1555 hours and
gone inside to go grocery shopping. Indiongco stated that she returned to her black 2023 Honda Civic
(WA LP: CJK9968) and saw that there was damage to the front drivers side bumper and a note left on
her windshield. The note contained a poorly written phone number which when I called the first time
it was disconnected, and the second number I tried with different possible digits I was hung up on.
Indiongco stated that she did not wish to be a victim of hit and run at the time of the incident.
Indiongco stated that there was also a witness that was nearby when the collision occurred who
provided a Washington license plate of BGF3329 which returned to a silver 2017 Kia Sorento out of
Renton. The registered owner of that vehicle is listed as Tara M. Stordahl (DOB: 09/08/1975).
1 provided Indiongco with my card and the case number for this incident.
