NARRATIVE
I, Tran Pham, parked my car at the commercial complex that has multiple stores in Renton Landing (address provide above)
on December 21, 2024 around 8 PM. It was very busy on that day as it was closer to holidays. I parked in the parking lot that
near Target but more toward the back end of the parking lot. I went to dropped off stuff at Staple, Pet store, and my last stop
was shopping at Target. After about 2 hours of shopping, I got back to my car and I already saw the damage on the back
quarter panel on the driver side of the van. The images of the damage is attached in this report. The damage looks like
someone was back parking and hit on the side of the van (near my rear tire). There was no information that was provided or
anyone park near me that would know about the hit and run.
Since the incident it was close to holidays and I was out of town, I didn't get a chance to consult with my insurance agent until
recently to take appropriate steps for claim. This is why I just started to file a police report today.
