CASE 25-5293
This incident was captured on my body worn video camera and/or in-car dash camera. This report is a
summary of events that occurred and is not an exact sequencing of events.
On Tuesday June 17th, 2025, at approximately 16:22, 1 was dispatched to a 911 call regarding a collision
that initially was a hit and run collision at Gene Coulon Beach located at 1201 Lake Washington Blvd
North within the City of Renton, King County,Washington.The reporting party initially called to report a
hit and run but the involved parties exchanged information prior to police arriving.
I arrived on scene and contacted the involved parties in the parking lot. Both unit one and unit two were in
the parking lot when unit one backed into unit two while trying to pull into a parking stall.There was
minimal damage to both vehicles and no injuries were reported.The driver of unit two Brad P.Salamone
(DOB: 10.23.2003) requested a police report since his vehicle was rental and needed documentation for
the vehicle rental company.
The driver of unit one Mikail K. Lucas(DOB:7.16.1992) did not have valid insurance.
I provided both involved drivers a business card with the case number.
This concludes my involvement in this case.
