CASE 25-5294
This incident was captured on my body worn video camera and/or in-car dash camera. This report is a
summary of events that occurred and is not an exact sequencing of events.
On Tuesday June 17th, 2025, at approximately 17:21, 1 was parked in the Target parking lot located at
1215 North Landing Way within the City of Renton, King County,Washington when I was flagged down
regarding a hit and run collision that occurred in the parking lot.The victim Leonor C.Soliz(DOB:
7.02.1977)flagged me down and reported the following; she was sitting in her vehicle a black 2019
Toyota Corolla Washington license BPF3362 when a vehicle backed in to her vehicle causing her vehicle
to shake.
Leonor indicated when she exited her vehicle to see what happened,the suspect vehicle fled through the
parkin lot. She believed the vehicle was a white Chevrolet sedan. Leonor wrote down the license plate
(AQD1184) but wrote it down wrong since the license plate she provided returned to a different color and
make vehicle.
Leonor described the suspect driver as a black female in her 30's with long braided hair. Leonor
indicated she believed she would be able to recognize the driver if she saw her again.
Leonor indicated she was not injured, and her vehicle sustained minimal damage from the impact.Target
asset protection was not working so I was not able to look at any video of the parking lot.
I provided Leonor a business card with the case number.
This concludes my involvement in this case.
