We are still hoping to have our RSD Transportation precon on 6/25, but are also hoping if we can squeeze the precon for the Main Civil Construction Permit for Hazen HS next week to check it off the list and while I am in the Seattle area next week. We understand that we still could not do any work for the Main Civil Construction Permit scope until the permit set is approved. Please let us know. In addition, Pellco will be Forma’s civil earthwork and utility sub for the Hazen HS project. I have attached Pellco’s Business and City of Renton Licensing information for the project. See snippet below of the comment regarding the hatches, making sure that the detail and layout coincide. 5 For the adjustment, see snippet below, maintenance access from Duvall will be strictly prohibited since it would require a lane closure. You will be seeing a full round of comments likely within the next week. As you had mentioned, the contractor would like to begin work on some additional excavations and clearing. In order to facilitate contractor progress, I’m ok with a revision to the early clear & grade permit to include the additional activities. Please send updated plans to be routed for approval with the additional scoping. Note: the double-silt fence as proposed cannot serve as sole mitigation in the event of pump failure for the sediment retention area upslope of homes and Duvall. We would be willing to accept either a 6 backup pump system, enlarged sediment ponds, or an emergency plan prepared by the contractor clearly detailing any on-call personnel who have the means of notification and location to respond on nights and weekends to a pump failure in a timely manner. I have listed the (3) projects below that we are inquiring about with construction start dates. Would you be able to provide us with a status update on these projects and if we can get pre construction meetings setup on the calendar? We are open to having a meeting to discuss with you as well (Teams?) if that would help. Also, I am going to be out of the office this Thursday through Tuesday of next week, but I could jump on a Teams meeting while I am out if meeting during that time. Hazen HS Main Civil Construction Permit Resubmitted for permit on 5/16/25 Scheduled Construction Start 6/30/25 Pellco is Forma’s earthwork and utility sub for the project; do you also need their CofI, Business License, and City of Renton Business License? Lindbergh HS Sports Field Improvements Resubmitted for permit on 6/6/25 Project is bidding on 6/12, so no contractor on board yet. Scheduled Construction Start 6/27/25 RSD Transportation Expansion Resubmitted for permit on 5/21/25; we are under the impression this was the final round of comments?
