The junction boxes and vaults are to be located and installed in the planter strip where feasible, or at the back of sidewalk as shown in the Field Directive. This change relocates those elements outside of the Pedestrian Access Route (PAR) where possible, helping to maintain a clear and continuous sidewalk. The adju stment aligns with the City's intent of minimizing obstructions within the sidewalk area. Equitable Adjustment: This Change Order do es include an equitable adjustment per Section 1-09.4 of the 2022 WSDOT/APWA Standard Spec if ications. See attached.
