Officer Narrative
Narrative
Upon arriving on scene, I spoke to the victim who I identified by his California ID as Karl T. Foley (DOB
07/30/1958)who told me the following:
Foley stated that he was at Whitworth Ave S and S 2nd St He was crossing the cross walk going East when he
stated that a silver 4 door sedan was going North on Whitworth Ave S approaching S 2nd St stop sign. He said
that the vehicles front driver side pushed his wheelchair sideways and proceeded to drive onto S 2nd St
heading West. He said that as the car passed him the car bumped into his wheelchair tire several times. He
stated that the male driver stopped for a min then proceeded to drive off down S 2nd St.
Foley stated he had no injuries and did not need fire to evaluate him.
Foley stated that he thought the plate was either BWH9601 or BHW9601.
There is camaras on the side of 419 S 2nd St that could have seen the accident.
Foley stated that he wanted to be a victim and wanted to assist with prosecution if subject found.
Foley was given the case number as reference.
