Thank you for attending the pre-con meeting today, Wednesday 25th, 2025. For the contractor and district, please provide an acknowledgement reply that you have thoroughly read through
the pre-con meeting notes and agree to all requirements. Below is a summary of the meeting with items that had additional discussion listed. Please let me know if you have any questions
or would like to make additions.
* Heather read the pre-con notes.
* Heather and Joel emphasized construction hours and calling in inspections.
* Discussed current scope of project, schedule, TESC installation and tree protection fencing.
* Discussed dust control. Please reach out to developmentengineering@rentonwa.gov <mailto:developmentengineering@rentonwa.gov> to if you wish to rent a hydrant meter at any point.
Attached are two invoices of outstanding permit fees. Once those are paid, we will be able to issue the permit.
