Officer Narrative
Narrative
On 06/25/2025, at approximately 1500 hours, I was dispatched to a hit and run report at 71 SW
VICTORIA ST located in the City of Renton,while employed as a uniformed Patrol Officer for the
City of Renton, County of King, State of Washington.
I spoke with the reporting party, identified by her WADOL photo as STIVER, ANNA L(DOB
04/21/1982).Anna describes her vehicle as a blue 2021 Subaru Forester bearing WA plate
CKP9587, registered in her name. She stated her vehicle was parked on SW Victoria St, facing
eastbound, on the south side of the street, north of the Greenlake Senior Living.
Anna said she was visiting a patient at the Senior Living home at approximately 1215 this
afternoon.As she finished her visit and returned to her vehicle, she noticed damage to the left
rear corner of her car and a broken taillight located in the same spot. She discovered this at
approximately 1400 hours. She believes the damage is estimated to be around $ 1,000 to repair.
Anna has reached out to Greenlake for a possible video surveillance, but was told theirs are not
working at this moment.
Currently, no suspect information is available.
Anna would like to be a victim if suspects are located.
I will also return to the scene of the accident to see if there's any video surveillance. If I'm able to
Locate one, I will complete a supplement report.
Photos were taken and uploaded as evidence.
