On behalf of Ichijo USA Co., Ltd, we are submitting a Final Plat application for the project referenced above.
Phase 1 is intended solely to segregate the Church parcel from the residential development parcel,
designated “Tract Z – Future Development” on the Final Plat Map. Tract Z is comprised of the future
residential development area and the full length of the right-of-way dedication.
The enclosed are the following items for routing and review:
1. Waiver Form (Email from Yong Qi dated March 4, 2025 listing required documents)
2. Signed Land Use Permit Master Application
3. Lot Closure Calculations prepared by Barghausen Consulting Engineers, LLC dated March 4,
2025
4. Title Report prepared by Chicago Title dated March 20, 2025
5. Final Plat Map prepared by Barghausen Consulting Engineers, LLC dated March 26, 2025
HOA documents are not applicable to Phase 1 of this plat. Fees will be paid promptly upon receipt of the
invoice.
