Hi Margi,
Thank you for your patience and please forgive the delayed response. We typically proceed with either a
pre-submittal or a formal submittal. To expedite the process, I think there isn’t really a benefit of doing a
pre-submittal as the proposed plat isn’t tied to construction activity. I’ve outlined what is needed for
both a pre-submittal or a formal submittal. Please let me know what you would like to do. When ready to
submit let me know and I’ll send you an FTP link to upload to.
Note the items listed here are from the submittal checklist, you can consider this email as the waiver
form of Item #1 below:
Pre-submittal
· 1 – waiver form
· 3 – land use permit master application
· 4 – calculations
· 5 – certificate of incorporation of HOA (if applicable)
· 8 – draft legal documents (if applicable)
· 10 – title report
· 11 – plat plan
Formal submittal
· 1 – waiver form
· 2 – fees (note, please submit all documents first for screening, once screened for completion I will
provide an invoice)
· 3 – land use permit master application
· 4 – calculations
· 5 – certificate of incorporation of HOA (if applicable)
· 8 – draft legal documents (if applicable)
· 10 – title report
· 11 – plat plan
