This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by both
parties.
Attached for your review andsignature is a TAG packet with Ivoxy Consulting. This packet
authorizes payment of Quote # TYLWQ3637, in the amount of $6,929.05, for the annual
renewal of Rubrik Cloud Vault Storage. The current renewal term is 08/17/2025 –
