RE: Shoreline Management Substantial Development Permit for Boeing Crew Shelters

Dear Sir or Madam:
Enclosed is the Shoreline Substantial Development Permit for the above referenced project. The permit was
issued by the City of Renton on June 27, 2025. A Determination of Non-Significance-Mitigated was issued by
the City’s Environmental Review Committee on May 12, 2025. The appeal period ended May 27, 2025, no
appeals of the threshold determination were filed.
We are filing this action with the Department of Ecology and the Attorney General per WAC 173-14-090.
