The following occurred in the City of Renton, King County, Washington unless otherwise stated.
During this incident 1 was equipped with body-worn camera which records both audio and video.
Portions of the incident were recorded. This report is merely a summary of the incident and is not
intended to be an exact transcription of the entire investigation or what may have been captured
with the recording system. During this incident I was wearing a department issued uniform or jump
suit and outer carrier vest which was marked with "Police"both on the front, back, and
department patches on each shoulder of the uniform or jumpsuit, as well as a Renton Police Velcro
badge on my►eft chest. It would be immediately obvious to any reasonable person that I was a
Police Officer.
On 7/2/2025 at 1601 hours I was dispatched to a hit and run report that occurred near the
intersection of Logan Ave N and N 6th St.
I called the reporting person, identified as Hannah J. Parra (DOB: 03/27/1994) by WA DOL photo, and
asked what happened.
Parra told me that she was traveling South on Logan Ave N in the#1 lane approaching N 6th St. Parra
stated that the suspect vehicle, a silver 2013 Toyota Highlander (WA LP: APA8525) was next to her in
the#2 lane. Parra stated that just North of the intersection, the suspect vehicle began to merge into
her and the front passenger side bumper of the Highlander struck the front drivers side door and
bumper of Parra's 2013 Dodge Charger (WA LP: CU2785).
I sent Parra an axon link to upload photos of the damage to her vehicle.
Parra said that she would not be able to identify the suspect in this case and that she only wanted to
file a report for insurance purposes at this time.
