NARRATIVE
I was parked at the qualstar downtown, as I was reversing out of my parking spot, a female driver crept up behind me and hit
my back drivers side quarter panel with the front of her car. No major damage,just paint scratches. I got out of my car to
assess damage and she started yelling at me, I went to take a picture of her license plate and she told me no, I tried to get
license and insurance information, and to give her my information and She said no, and was pointing at the cameras. The
cook from one of the restaurants said something to her in another language and she eventually got into her car and left, I tried
to follow her, but called my dad and my dad said to stop and just file a police report.
