At about 0351 hours on 07/04/2025 1 responded to hit and run crash at 937 S. Carr Rd., in the city
of Renton, King County,Washington. Dispatch advised that "VIC IS AT LOC GIVEN......SUSP VEH
GOA N ON TALBOT."
I arrived on scene at approximately 0410 hours and spoke with the reporting party(RP, Unit 2)
identified via WADOL as Twatha N. Abdulkarim (06/08/2003). 1 observed a black Testa Model 3
(CPC2285/WA)with minor front passenger side damage.
The RP stated in summary while traveling southbound on 108th Ave SE in the left lane of traffic
from SE Carr Rd, the front passenger side of Unit 2 was sideswiped by the front drivers side of
Unit 1 as Unit 1 changed lanes from the right to the left.
RP of Unit 2 described Unit 1 as a black van with no additional details. I provided the RP with an
AXON link to upload any photos of Unit 1 that his Testa may have captured.
This concludes my involvement with this case.
During this incident, I was equipped with a body-worn camera,which records both audio and
video. Portions of this incident were recorded.This report is merely a summary of the incident
and is not intended to be an exact transcription of the entire investigation or what may have
been captured with the recording system. I was operating a fully marked Police Tahoe which
was equipped with overhead emergency lights and sirens.
