RENTON HEARING EXAMINER

A public hearing will be held by the Renton Hearing Examiner on July 22, 2025 at 11:00 AM by means of the Zoom
Webinar to consider the following petition:
May Creek South Trail, LUA25-000091 Location: 4260 Lake Washington Blvd, Renton, WA (APN 3224059109) The
applicant is requesting Environmental (SEPA) review, Shoreline Substantial Development Permit, Shoreline
Conditional Use Permit, Shoreline Variance and Street Standards Modification to construct an ADA-accessible trail
along the south side of May Creek.
