Good morning!
I am still working with Mr. St Peters. He is attempting to have plans drawn up in order to keep the structure and
make sure its to code.
I will continue to do so. That process can take a while and summer is the busy season!

Hello Parties,
As you may recall we had rescheduled the hearing for Mr. St. Peter from March 25, 2025 to April 22,
2025. That hearing was cancelled because the parties felt they could still resolve the case. Has the case
been resolved at this point or do we need to schedule another hearing?

The City has emailed (below) saying they are working with Mr. St. Peter and the hearing at 9am today is
not necessary.
I know we need to hear from Mr. St. Peter to see if he agrees with the City prior to the hearing at 9 if not I
will start the hearing at that time.
@Mark St. Peter – please email us back and give us you assessment on this hearing matter as well.
