SUBJECT:Additional Licensing for PROSECUTORbyKarpel
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by both
parties.
Attached for your review and signature is Amendment No. 1 to CAG-24-062 with Karpel
Computer Systems. This Amendment authorizes the attached quote, in the amount of
$6,562.85 ($5,950.00 plus tax), for the purchase of additional PROSECUTORbyKarpel
licensing.
PROSECUTORbyKarpel is a criminal case management software system used by the City
Attorney’s office.
