records of King County, Washington, lying East of a line beginning 364.5
feet East of the Southwest corner;
thence to a point on the North line 115.5 feet East of the Northwest corner
of said Tract 5;
Except the North 5 acres thereof;
And except the South 113 feet of the West 135 feet thereof;
Together with the South 7 feet of the Easterly 80 feet of said West half of
the North 5 acres of said Tract 5,
lying East of a line beginning 364.5 feet East of the Southwest corner;
thence to a point of the North line 115.5 feet East of the Northwest corner
