The West half of that portion of Tract 5, Spring Brook Acre Tracts, according to the
plat thereof recorded in Volume 12 of Plats, page 60, records of King County,
Washington, lying East of a line beginning 364.5 feet East of the Southwest corner;
thence to a point on the North line 115.5 feet East of the Northwest corner of said
Tract 5;
Except the North 5 acres thereof;
And except the South 113 feet of the West 135 feet thereof;
Together with the South 7 feet of the Easterly 80 feet of said West half of the North 5
acres
of said Tract 5, lying East of a line beginning 364.5 feet East of the Southwest corner;
thence to a point of the North line 115.5 feet East of the Northwest corner of said
Tract.
