NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Renton City Council has fixed the 21st day of July 2025, at
7:00 p.m. as the date and time for a public hearing to be held in the seventh floor Council
Chambers of Renton City Hall, 1055 S. Grady Way, Renton, 98057, to consider the following:
Adoption of an ordinance authorizing acquisition of King County parcel
1723059026 through the city's powers of eminent domain. This vacant
parcel is located near the Maple Valley Highway and Cedar River Park Dr.
Additionally, this meeting is also being offered as a virtual meeting by the Renton City Council
on July 21, 2025, at 7 p.m. by means of a Zoom video -conference web application. For those

location at City Hall, 1055 S Grady Way, Renton, WA 98057, will also be provided.

email address to Judith Subia, Chief of Staff, at isubia@rentonwa.gov or by calling 425-430-
6501 by 5 p.m. on Monday, July 21, 2025, so that the meeting information can be provided to
you prior to the start of the meeting. Alternatively, written comments on this topic can be
submitted to cityclerk@rentonwa.gov by 5:00 p.m. on July 21, 2025.
